When the handle is turned the painted boats rise and fall in sequence. Made in burnt and burnished English oak and 38cm tall. This is a very heavy piece, the largest flotilla ive made so i will not be offering overseas shipping as it would be very expensive. Made in my workshop in far west Cornwall with love . X
